Problem Identification and Resolution using PMM – A Case Study

Johan Nilsson

Johan Nilsson is currently working as a MySQL-DBA on a large-scale installation with zero downtime requirements at one of Europe’s largest supplier of smart alarms for homes and small businesses. He started his career as an UNIX systems and network administrator in 1999, and gradually shifted to working with database administration on systems with high uptime demands. This became the main focus in 2008. He also holds an Oracle 11g DBA OCP.

Michael joined Percona as a Consultant in 2012, and progressed through various roles including Managing Consultant, Principal Architect, Technical Account Manager, and Technical Support Engineer, and is now leading the Product Management of Percona Monitoring and Management.
