MongoDB Monitoring and Performance for the Savvy DBA

Are you trying to stay on top of your database before things turn ugly? Between metrics for throughput, database performance, resource utilization, resource saturation, errors (asserts) and many others, how do you know which one needs to be looked at NOW (and which can wait)?

Both DBAs and system admins are required to stay on top of the systems they manage. But it can be challenging to filter between metrics that need immediate attention and those that should be watched over time. In this webinar, Bimal narrows down the list of metrics that can help you decide whether the on-call DBA gets their recommended eight hours of shuteye, or gets to run on caffeine with no sleep. Bimal also discusses which graphs relate to each other, with examples from Percona's Monitoring and Management (PMM) tool, to help you understand how things in MongoDB can impact other areas.
