About the event.

Free software and open source – these are the topics of FrOSCon. Every year in late summer, the Department of Computer Science at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences organizes an exciting program with lectures and workshops for visitors of all ages who want to get to know or develop Free Software with the help of FrOSCon eV.

This year FrOSCon is taking place ONLINE on the Internet because of the COVID-19 pandemic. On two conference days (in August 2021), FrOSCon offers a rich and varied program of lectures in 4 virtual live streams.
