I did some drawing exercise and put XtraDB / InnoDB internals in Visio diagram:

The XtraDB differences and main parameters are marked out.

Very nice. Adobe Reader did not like the content in https://www.percona.com/docs/wiki/_media/percona-xtradb:internals:innodb_int.pdf. It complains that the file does not start with ‘pdf’
