Hello, open source community!
We need your help. We want to make sure you are getting what you need from Percona software, so we have built a series of quick surveys – of six or fewer questions – each asking if you are using our software and if you would recommend it to others. They won’t take more than a minute each unless you want to add a long comment, and you can answer one or all of them.
You do not need to put in an email address for these, but you can provide it if you choose to do so. (We did add an optional box for you to provide it.) If used, it will ONLY be used to enter into a drawing for a free Percona T-shirt. We will be giving away 10 total Percona Shirts randomly to those who fill in the survey. If you fill in all five mini-surveys, you will get five entries into the drawing!
