On January 16th at 10 AM Pacific/1 PM Eastern, I will give a webinar about the main traps that are awaiting you when designing and building a stable and high-performance MySQL application.

I will discuss a broad range of topics, from hardware and backups to instrumentation and indexing. I often see during my consulting practice wrong configuration putting data at risk or huge wastes of money to buy powerful hardware where a few indexes could have done the same result.

So if you think your MySQL servers are not in an optimal state, I invite you to sign up on this page (follow the “Register” link).

See you next week!

Hi, I like Percona’s webinars, but GoToMeeting turns me off…. So, I end up visiting the video/slides later of these webinars… I don’t have problem with GoToMeeting, but they have problem with my Linux Machine…. Linux is popular distro for MySQL according to Percona’s poll, what about making the webinars accessible for General Linux users too…

Yes, I’ve tried that page, but when I clicked the play button, it shows “Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.”(In my country,I can only surf on most foreign sites with Google App Engine) I would appreciate your help if you send me an audio file or give me a download link.
