Using Percona Audit Plugin in Daily Operation – Percona Live 2021

Log audits have for some become very important for various reasons. Perhaps you need to provide documentation for who had access to your database, perhaps you need to investigate a data breach. Many other scenarios may apply, and for this purpose Percona provides a plugin for MySQL for providing just that! In this session we’ll have a look at how to enable the audit plugin, how to configure it, and – most importantly – collect the logs and import them to a ClickHouse database for storage and analysis.
