Percona Support includes monitoring and management tools which put Percona’s deep MySQL operational expertise in your hands to provide visibility into problems before they happen. Percona Gold and Platinum Support contracts include the MONyog Ultimate Edition available for the duration of the contract. MONyog gives MySQL users powerful monitoring and management capabilities in an easy-to-use tool. Percona also provides Percona Advisors, an expansion of MONyog’s default rules and alerts based on the accumulated knowledge of Percona’s Support, Consulting, and Managed Services teams.

Percona Support for high availability MySQL is available in two versions. Percona Cluster Support is a bundled high availability solution which combines Percona Support with Percona XtraDB Cluster software and Severalnines ClusterControl Enterprise Edition that allows you to deploy a clustered MySQL solution with confidence. Percona Support is also available with optional coverage for other high availability solutions including MySQL Cluster and MySQL Galera Cluster include use of Percona ClusterControl by Severalnines. Percona ClusterControl is a powerful solution for managing and monitoring any of the HA solutions covered by Percona Support.

We leverage our deep knowledge of MySQL performance to provide outstanding 24x7 Support for MySQL and versions of MySQL including MySQL Community Edition, Percona Server, Amazon® RDS for MySQL, and MariaDB®. We also provide 24x7, highly knowledgeable support for MySQL components and tools including InnoDB, Percona Toolkit, and Percona Replication Manager (PRM).

MySQL High Availability Cluster Support

Percona offers support for Percona XtraDB Cluster software in our bundled Percona Cluster Support editions. Percona Cluster Support combines Percona XtraDB Cluster software with Percona Support and Severalnines ClusterControl Enterprise Edition to provide an out-of-the-box solution which enables you to deploy high availability MySQL with confidence.

Percona offers optional support for other MySQL high availability solutions including MySQL Cluster and MySQL Galera Cluster. Percona Support for high availability MySQL includes use of Percona ClusterControl by Severalnines. Percona ClusterControl is a powerful solution for managing and monitoring any of the HA solutions that we cover. We can also support Severalnines ClusterControl Enterprise Edition if you choose to use a more powerful version of ClusterControl with more management and monitoring features.

Highly Accessible and Experienced Support Professionals

Installation or Upgrade Consultative Support

Percona MySQL database support includes up to four hours of consultative support for an installation or upgrade during the term of your contract. During this annual review we can analyze your MySQL deployment, assist with installation or upgrades, and help you select the optimal monitoring tools for your situation. We can even help you install and configure the recommended monitoring tools to support MySQL so you have deep visibility into the performance of your installation at all times.
