Aurimas is one of the MySQL Performance Team experts (since 2007 Jan) currently specializing in MySQL performance and high availability solutions. He is also involved in Boardreader, MMM, ClickAider and other Percona projects development.

Before joining Percona, Aurimas was working as a system administrator and performance consultant for a hosting company Interdata (http://www.interdata.lt) (since 2002) specializing in high availability hosting solutions and high performance consultancy for LAMP/FAMP stack. He is also an expert in FreeBSD OS, Linux OS, has distributed caching solutions using squid, memcache, huge E-Mail and DNS systems, TCP/IP networking.
