If you need emergency help with MySQL or other technologies within our expertise, please call us the number below and get help right away. Please be aware of the following:


  • Our emergency support line is available to everyone: customers with a Support Agreement with Percona, customers with a non-Support agreement, and people who have no agreement at all.
  • Unless you have a Support Agreement with Percona, emergency requests are charged at a premium rate with a 2-hour minimum per incident. Please only call this number if you agree to these terms.
  • The number goes directly to our on-call engineer, who will be woken up if it's night in his time zone. We're ready to help you day and night, but please use the number only for what you consider an emergency.
  • We have an elaborate call escalation process. After you call the number, please give the system some time to locate engineer for you. This process may take as long as 3-5 minutes.
  • We use Voice Over IP technology to locate our on-call engineer. This sometimes has issues with long-distance calls from various countries. If the system is unable to find an engineer, please call back. If the problem persists, please leave us voice mail with your number and we will call you back very soon.
