Our user-friendly support team is accessible 24x7x365 online or by phone to help keep your databases running optimally. Our support increases your uptime, makes you more productive, reduces your support budget, and implements performance issue fixes more quickly.
This per-month, per-server subscription provides 24x7x365 support for the number of production servers purchased using Percona Server for MySQL, MySQL Community, and/or MariaDB. Please be aware that for each application for which you intend to receive support, Percona requires that you include all production database servers that store the data related to this application. Please refer to our support tiers and support policies pages for more information.
For an application that uses complex configurations, such as multiple region DR or database clustering, we require that all database servers underpinning that production application be included in your support subscription. As an example, if you had a master-master cluster with a slave for performing backups, you would need to include all three of these servers in your support subscription to guarantee that Percona provides support for any database issues that could arise.
