Peter Zaitsev, Founder and CEO of Percona, Inc.

“Percona is at a tipping point where it has become imperative to expand the executive team in order to support our growth and capture the opportunities that continue to expand around the world. Will’s deep experience, diverse background and local roots make him the perfect CFO for Percona. Dorothée’s experience with MySQL and incredible knowledge of European markets positions Percona for rapid growth there. And Rob’s mastery of database technology and customer requirements continues to help shape our product and service strategies. ”

Will Eglin, CFO

“Percona has consistently demonstrated its ability to innovate on products and services and execute on its plans. We now have all the levers in place to capture the opportunities that the rapid growth of data stores and the need for analytics is presenting to vendors on a global scale. I’m extremely excited to be in a position to help Percona get to the next level.”

Dorothée Wuest, VP of Sales EMEA

“Data challenges in the EU are particularly acute because in addition to volume, we have increased regulatory challenges that demand high volume processing and robust analytics solutions. Percona’s approach to MySQL-related software and services, and its ability to help companies handle more data faster and more reliably for less cost is particularly appealing throughout the EMEA region.”

Rob Young, EVP of Products and Services

“Percona combines the most knowledgeable MySQL team in the industry with a keen understanding of the real-world needs of database teams that are struggling to support their companies in a highly complex, data-driven environment. As a result, Percona is constantly finding innovative ways to make managing data faster, simpler, more reliable and more secure.”
