Janis Griffin has over 25 years of DBA experience including design, development and implementation of many mission critical databases. Before coming to Solarwinds, Janis held DBA positions primarily in the Telecom / Network industries (15 yrs), managing real-time routing and B2B OLTP databases. As a principal architect, a senior manager, and an Oracle ACE, Janis mentors many DBAs on best practices in database design and performance tuning. She has proven to be an effective collaborator providing cutting-edge database solutions.
