Fastest, smallest, newest: download and deploy MySQL at high speed
You know that you can deploy MySQL using yum or apt, and you can also download a tarball and install a sandbox. Or you can deploy a Docker container. All the above solutions run reasonably quickly. However, each one of those requires downloading far more than what you may want to allow. Here's an alternative way: before this lightning talk is over, I will have downloaded and installed MySQL from FIVE different versions, without waste of bandwidth or storage.
