Bennie has over 15 years of Professional Services, Support and Operational delivery experience, both within North America as well as internationally. Prior to joining Percona, Bennie moved from the UK to the USA in 2008 to open US operations for Mettoni Inc, which was subsequently acquired by Enghouse Interactive. Subsequently, Bennie held senior services and operational leadership positions, helping partners and customers leverage unified communications and contact center technology, while also managing OEM vendor partnerships. Bennie lives in Raleigh, NC with his family, where he does his best to follow Arsenal FC soccer team from afar.
