Percona is glad to announce the release of Percona Toolkit 2.2.5 on October 17th, 2013 (Downloads are available here and from the Percona Software Repositories). This release is the current GA (Generally Available) stable release in the 2.2 series.
--no-drop-triggersoption has been implemented for pt-online-schema-change in case users want to rename the tables manually, when the load is low.
--new-table-nameoption has been added to pt-online-schema-change which can be used to specify the temporary table name.

[UPDATE: 2013-10-23] New packages have been pushed to repositories in order to remove the unnecessary files and update the changelog.
