Percona Server 5.0.90, release 21 is available for use.

RPMs and DEB packages are available in Percona repository.
As usual you can download binaries and sources with the patches from Percona web site.
To upgrade from MySQL server to Percona SQL you need remove MySQL installation first, then install Percona-SQL-server and Percona-SQL-client:
# yum remove mysql-server mysql-client
# yum install Percona-SQL-server Percona-SQL-client
If you are running applications which depend on libmysqlclient, installÂ Percona-SQL-shared-compat
before removing MySQL
# yum install Percona-SQL-shared-compat.x86_64
