Package: Percona in the partnership with Sphinx Technologies is offering official Support and Consulting for Sphinx Search Engine. Revenues from this service are shared with Sphinx Project and used to support further project development. The following services are available:

• Production Support - We will be there to help you troublehoot Sphinx installation in case of any issues.
• Development Support - We will assist your development team with implementing Sphinx-based solutions.
• Sphinx Implementation - We will install and configure Sphinx and perform integration with your application.
• Sponsored/Custom Sphinx Development - If you require any special Sphinx features or extensions we will work with Sphinx project team to have these implemented and (normally) included in the official Sphinx Distribution.

Sphinx is supported under our general Support Program.

Cost: Typically $200/hour for short term contracts.

Availability: Typically within 2-3 days. Urgent Support is also available.
