We have a global MySQL consultant staff of over 40 people, ready to help you. Our support and urgent MySQL consulting staff are on the phone and at the computer. You will get a real technical person when you call, not a dispatcher or a voicemail greeting.

We can log into your systems in a matter of minutes, usually 30 minutes or less. We can usually provide quick solutions to problems such as crashes, slow performance, server unresponsiveness, replication failures, and failure to start the server.

We charge a premium rate for emergency MySQL consulting, and there is a minimum amount of billable time. If you are not a Percona customer, you must place a credit card on file to get emergency consulting. This takes only a few minutes.
