Adjacent to the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, the Santa Clara Golf & Tennis Club offers 18 holes of championship golf on a professionally-designed course by Robert Muir Graves. California's Great America

California's Great America theme park is fun for the entire family. Located within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, you can turn a lazy afternoon into a thrill-seeking adventure. Intel Museum

At the Intel Museum in Santa Clara, you can experience first-hand the evolution and power of the computer chip. Walk through a self-guided tour and view exhibits such as "Memory Technology," "How Microprocessors Work," "How Chips are Made," and the "History of the Microprocessor." Tech Museum of Innovation

Technology from Silicon Valley and beyond comes alive in this unique museum featuring interactive exhibits for all ages. The Tech is a place about real technology...changing the way people work and play, create, harness and share information, how we innovate, and how we do things differently. Featuring over 250 interactive exhibits, the Hackworth IMAX Dome Theater, a cafe and gift store packed with "only in Silicon Valley" items. NASA Ames Research Center

NASA's Ames Research Center is located at Moffett Field, in California’s Silicon Valley. The National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics selected Ames to be its second aeronautical research laboratory on Dec. 20, 1939. Ames became part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) when that agency was formed in 1958.

Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum

The Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum, architecturally inspired by the Temple of Amon at Karnak, houses the largest collection of Egyptian artifacts on exhibit in the western United States—including objects from pre dynastic times through Egypt's early Islamic era.

Whether you left your power cord at home, or you simply want to window shop the cool aqua displays of Apple merchandise, you will want to visit the Apple Store. The Apple Store is conveniently located at the Valley Fair shopping center in Santa Clara.

Apple Headquarters

Visit the mothership! Although Apple doesn't offer tours of its headquarters, they do have a gift shop on-site, where you can purchase all kinds of Apple gear—but more importantly, the shop sells exclusive shirts—only available at Apple HQ—to show off to all your friends, including ones imprinted with the slogan "I visited the mothership."
