Hello All,

We are using InnoDB as our default engine. We are also using the innodb_file_per_table option. The initial ibdata1 file is being created is about 2Gigs in size. My question is, what would be a good size to set the default ibdata file to?

The 2GB file that is currently being created just seems to big for our needs. I was thinking more along the line of between 100 and 500 megs.

Thoughts?
