      First one question, why do you have so short uptime?
      This time you barely had about 1 hour.

      That said, you have a lot of temporary tables written to disk (see my previous post) and it seems that you probably have a lot of sorting going on. On average you have about 1,000 rows sorted per query (and that is rows returned and not actually sorted so the correct figure can be much higher if you are using limit a lot).

      The query cache is OTOH barely used, which could be due to the short uptime.

      Basically your problem will not be solved by changing any parameters.
      You have to find which queries that are problematic and provide us with them, your table structure (SHOW CREATE TABLE ...), and an execution plan (EXPLAIN [yourQuery]), if we are going to be able to help you.

      Or you can do as gmouse suggested -"find someone who can".
