      This looks like a bug in the build. If InnoDB is configured wrong, it would show as DISABLED, but it would still be in the list.

        Actually I figured it out. Hosting provider installed 32 bit system instead of 64 and I've got InnoDb configured with 3GB buffer pool. InnoDB just died and MySQL itself was working. Had to go through the logs quite thorolly.
