    Is there a open source tool like MySQL Enterprise Monitor for MYSQL community edition 5.0.35.

    if there is not , I would appreciate any help on scripts (Perl/Shell) in order to store performance metrics from DB and how can I use data collected ?


    Basically , I am looking for something like statspack for mysql .

    We are a very small company and I am DBA from Oracle world.

    NOT Open Source, but very configurable though!

      This only monitors 2 Servers for free , If I want to monitor more servers , Are their any options / scripts available?

          We usually use cacti for this purpose. It has nice plugins for mysql monitoring, but I'm not sure what is statspack and how far its features are from cacti and other open-source mysql stuff.
