Percona is hiring a Sales and Marketing Operations Engineer. This position will be responsible for backend systems support for Sales and Marketing teams and will report directly to VP of Sales.

This position will require these qualifications:

• Experience with SalesForce.COM - Reporting, Customization, Integration API
• Experience with Marketo - Reporting, Customization, Integration or other marketing automation system (Eloqua,Genius etc)
• Familiarity with social media monitoring tools for lead generation
• Familiarity with social media API integration - linkedin, twitter, facebook etc
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL (prefered) or other database system
• Passion for Lead generation automation
• Ability to communicate well with others and to create quality documentation of systems and resources.
• Ability to respond promptly to ad-hoc requests and to balance competing long-term and short-term priorities appropriately.
• Ability to work in a distributed environment where in-person contact with colleagues is rare.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
